Defective Merchandise: Defective merchandise will only be replaced or refunded within 30 days of purchase. Include a brief note describing the defect on a separate piece of paper.
Returned Merchandise: Reprint Issues are Special Orders and unless defective are not refundable. Any merchandise returned for a refund must be returned within 30 days of purchase. All returns must include a copy of the original invoice that came with your shipment.
Missing And Incorrect Items In Order: Packing orders involves human interaction. Occasionally human error results in a missing or incorrect item being sent with your order. If this happens, notify us immediately (preferably by Email). We will resolve each problem on a case by case basis.
